SPECIAL NOTE:

2.10 TR CC&Rs "The Association recognizes that the Bandanna Ranch CCR's are also recorded with the lots and the County Clerk's office of Duchesne County, Utah and are made a reference herein. The Thunder Ridge Airpark Documents include the provisions of the Bandanna Ranch CCR's and where more restrictive these additional regulations will govern the Association."

Therefore

Thunder Ridge Lot Owners must pay Bandanna Ranch HOA dues and must pay, per Bandanna Ranch HOA CC&Rs, collection costs and late fees in case of default. All lot owners not current with their Bandanna Ranch Assessments as of Jan 1, 2013 will be subject to collection and collection costs including attorney's fees. Bandanna Ranch CC&Rs mandate a finance charge of 2% per month late fee.
